QUICKPANEL® is installed using Rapidbind PRO-RS30 Proprietary Slurry, specifically formulated for the QUICKPANEL® wall system to provide strong and consistent bonding between panels and at critical connection areas.

Proper application of Rapidbind PRO-RS30 helps improve bond integrity, joint stability, and resistance to water seepage, while helping minimize movement-related hairline cracking.

For optimum joint performance, QUICKPANEL® uses a complete joint treatment system:

  • Rapidbind PRO-RS30 – provides primary bonding between panels.
  • Concrete Epoxy & Mesh Tape – reinforces panel joints and helps minimize hairline cracks.
  • Joint Waterproofing – applied at required joints to properly seal potential water-entry points, particularly in exposed or wet-area applications.
  • Skim Coat at Joints – provides a smooth and uniform finished surface without requiring full-wall plastering.

Rapidbind PRO-RS30 is an integral component of the QUICKPANEL® installation system. The use of other adhesives is not recommended, as bonding compatibility and long-term joint performance cannot be assured.
